Thank you for shopping with Ocean City Co. Every item is made to order specifically for you. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

order processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International

  • Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–30 business days depending on local postal services and customs processing.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

tracking information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

lost packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at sales@oceancity.co. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

incorrect shipping address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

marked as delivered

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the local post office.

Ocean City Co. is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.

customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

shipping delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Ocean City Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, labor disruptions, or other events outside our control.
